2. Service Agreementd
Kate’s Yard Cards provides yard sign rental services for celebrations and special events. By placing an order, the customer agrees to grant permission for our team to enter the property for installation and removal of yard displays.
All rentals remain the property of Kate’s Yard Cards at all times.
Booking & Payment
Full payment or required deposit must be made to confirm your reservation.
Bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on customization, location, and display size.
Last-minute bookings may be subject to additional fees.
Installation & Removal
Our team will deliver, install, and remove all yard signs at scheduled times.
Customers do not need to be present during installation or removal unless otherwise arranged.
Please ensure lawn access is clear and safe prior to installation.
Kate’s Yard Cards is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, restricted property access, or unsafe installation environments.
Customer Responsibilities
By renting our yard signs, customers agree to:
Not move, alter, or tamper with the display
Keep pets away from signage
Avoid mowing or trimming near signs
Ensure sprinkler systems are turned off during rental period
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, pets, lawn equipment, or vandalism during the rental period.
Damage, Loss, or Theft
All yard signs are rental items and remain the property of Kate’s Yard Cards.
The customer agrees to be financially responsible for any damaged, missing, or stolen items during the rental period. Replacement fees may apply depending on the extent of damage or loss.
Weather Policy
Safety is our priority. In cases of severe weather such as heavy rain, storms, or unsafe ground conditions, installation may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.
We will work with customers to provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to scheduled installation.
Payments may be transferred to a future date depending on availability.
Refunds may not be issued for same-day cancellations or completed installations.
Property Conditions
Customers must inform Kate’s Yard Cards of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or obstacles before installation.
Kate’s Yard Cards is not responsible for damage caused due to undisclosed underground hazards.
Photo Usage
Kate’s Yard Cards reserves the right to take photographs of installed displays for promotional and marketing purposes, including website and social media use.
If you prefer not to have photos used, please notify us in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Kate’s Yard Cards shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of rental equipment or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
